    clean hotel
    small room
    inexperienced staff

The hotel itself is gorgeous, clean, and tranquil.

My experience was marred by insufficient attention to details. The room we had was very small with poor lighting, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff seemed inexperienced and were unable to fulfill simple requests like providing regular coffee, which was disappointing.

The service was stellar, with attentive staff like Gabriella providing excellent advice and a swift check-in experience. My room was sparkling clean with upscale amenities, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.

Occasionally, there were minor issues, such as occasional noise disturbances from neighboring areas that disrupted relaxation. The wifi connectivity was unreliable at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

    Stylish design and attentive service

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, enjoying the stylish design of the interior and the comfort of the superior queen room, which included thoughtful amenities like plenty of courtesy water and high-quality sheets. The highlight was definitely the lovely bathroom with generous counter space and a rainfall shower. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a stroll away. However, the noise from the bar area occasionally disrupted my sleep.

The hotel is situated in a vibrant area with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I loved the charming atmosphere and the beautiful design throughout, especially in the lobby where I felt comfortable lounging. The attention to detail, such as the nightly turndown service with delicious Mexican cookies, added a nice personal touch. However, our room felt a bit cramped and the lighting could have been better to enhance our overall comfort during our stay.

    fantastic location
    friendly staff
    inadequate lighting

    limited food options

The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and parks within walking distance. The friendly staff provided wonderful service, especially noted during the nightly turndown that included delicious Mexican cookies. However, the room lacked adequate lighting, which hindered comfort, and there were occasional noise disturbances from nearby areas. Additionally, although the bar offered inventive drinks, it felt small and limited in food options.
